I agree with mastermind. Once you become accustomed to anything it will eventually lose it's importance, don't mind the thoughts. Just redirect your attention to what you were doing before. |

Like everyone else said, just don't focus on them, observe them passively. Also, from my experiences, i'd say don't be so worried about it, sometimes when worried about something too much we can mentally create problems that wouldn't have existed otherwise. |
