      To add, it's quite possible when awareness is low to not have much waking memory or even still have different personality and follow dream's plot while being lucid, but if you really feel like it's closer to non-lucid, then it most likely was non-lucid, there have been known cases of dreaming of actions that one would do while lucid, but not being really aware. It's really up for you to decide.

      It helps me to explain a lot of things!

      And yes, since I don't have the "Wow!" feeling, I don't consider the dream as lucid. For me it's like waking up inside the dream, sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's easy, although no matter what, it's me who wakes up there.
