Supplements are not any kind of magic answer; I do not use any, so do not worry about that. Perhaps if you only get 6 hours sleep and then make yourself get up you will have better chances of napping. 14 LDs to date at your age is great. You have perhaps 60 or 70 more years to have them,,, assuming no improvement you may have over 300 just at your current rate,,, and you will improve, just keep it up. |
