How many nights have you tried FILD? I've heard around the forums that you should try a method for at least a month before you give up on it. I suggest building a solid foundation to have DILDs first, then try methods after, or while you are setting up that foundation. Check out the DV Academy Intro Class and maybe you can get more help there. Try and keep a DJ again. It may help now. Also, be determined to remember your dreams. Come up with a mantra to help as well. Remember to do stuff in the present tense, like "I remember my dreams." then repeat that to yourself as you fall asleep.
Something else you could try is WBTB. Set an alarm to wake you up between 4.5 - 6 hours, then stay up for a bit (varies on the person). After, go back to sleep. I find that when I WBTB, or just wake up for a bit, then go back to sleep (especially in the morning) I remember a dream.
