I will say that while getting up long enough to quickly turn my alarm off has not in and of itself kept me from falling right back asleep, I do think the alarm itself has caused me to forget dreams that are already very "weak" to start with. Just the other day I had what I call a "shadow memory"--one of those things where you don't actually remember your dream, but you can **aaaalllmoooost*** recall it. If I have one of those, the sound of the alarm pretty much ruins my chances of recalling that dream.
I would recommend to DEILD for a moment and then wake your self up from that DEILD. Later on you will learn how to recall without DEILD, you will be somewhere in between awake and dream state and that will be enough to remember.
