I agree with dutchraptor and benni, you should definitely practise more ADA. Do it for longer, at the frequency that you're doing it just now. The point is that you start to incorporate it into your life, so it becomes a lifestyle instead of a chore. You should start doing it longer and longer, increasing the length of your sessions until you're aware all day and it's completely natural.
Also, a break could be a good idea, as dutchraptor said. It might just be exactly what you need. Have a break then start again, and it might get you out of your rutt
