You should start with simple goals, first of all practicing to actually stay in the dream and control your excitement, then slowly work your way up to more and more complex goals.
You will actually benefit much more from this method, because it will be easier to succeed with simpler goals and this will make you more confident in your abilities.
I am already confident in my abilities, i know that i can be lucid. (although it rarely happens)
but the problem is not that. My problem is to increase awareness on my dreams.
i've been training over 5 months and it still feels like a normal dream.
it's confusing and annoying at the same time

Try to observe the dream environment and pay attention to all the details - this should increase vividness, since vividness depends a lot on how aware you are of what you experience.
This is true for waking life as well, by the way.
You could also try rubbing your hands or spinning around your own axis for a few seconds, since this will activate several of your senses.
Spinning in particular is very effective, since it is the complete opposite to lying still in bed, so you will distract yourself from your physical body in waking life and anchor yourself better in the dreamworld.

But other than that, I wouldn't worry too much about increasing vividness for now - try jumping up in the air and flying instead, this can feel just as great even with low vividness, as long as you feel that you are in the air and can see things below you.
Have fun with those kinds of things for a while, and worry about vividness later.

that isn't on my list for now :/
i really want to have those hyper realistic dreams that are very similar to real life.
that's why i give too much importance to the vividness and awareness.
Everything i do i try to be aware, but not for much time, because my concentration it's still low.

If you want vivid and aware lucids, you gotta have vividness and awareness non lucids. You are saying no to our suggestions and saying that you are gonna continue doing what you have been doing, which isn't working. What is the point of this thread then?

You asked a question, you got an answer. Lots of answers. Truth should enact change. Choose something someone said and change for the better.

I will continue because i got some signals of awareness with my technique.
don't get me wrong, i'm not declining your suggestions.
i just want a way to help me fix this.

dont give up! as you can see i joined this site over a year ago and the 2 LD's ive had have been in the last two nights!

i think you might be trying to hard hey because i was trying so hard for so long but recently i have taken a more "whatever but serious approach" and it worked!

so dont try so hard and you might get even better results.

also try setting goals like remembering 2 dreams a night for a week and stuff like that, then work up to more difficult ones. (advice given to me by others, coz i am in no way an expert)

      happy dreaming and good luck!!!!!

My brother's friend has been practicing LDing for a year and a half. He practices very well, but when he knew my brother was also a LDer, he asked for tips(but he already knows and .does everything), and my brother told him about his awesom 6 LDs he had. His friend was gonna kill himself. Next day, his friend told him that he had his first LD!! After a year and a half! He only needed a push of motivation(in this case, listening to my brother's LDs). I'm sure you only need a motivation push.
      Good luck!!
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Take Calea Z, it'll boost the awareness and vividness of lucid and non-lucid dreams A LOT.
My Review of Calea Zacatechichi (Calea Z): The Dream Herb
This in not MY review, but the review of Rebeca Turner from world of lucid dreaming.
The link has another link to Amazon inside so you can order it.
They don't sell Calea Z in drugstores
