Lightbulb Is "I'm dreaming" mantra good for Lucidity?

Laberge said it somewhere or in his book i read. And some people have said it here and someother website says to.

"I"m dreaming" as you go to sleep. TO go straight into lucidity.

So does that mantra replace doing any RCs?

Anyways is this a good mantra? I tried it before but i wasn't sure if it's efficient so i haven't tried it lately.

It is a very good mantra. I often use it. However, it does not replace RC or anything like that.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

It's a great mantra. For me, it helped me realize I'm dreaming in 2 different ways.

      1. In a DILD, when I heard a voice saying something similar.
      2. In a WILD, when i was already in a dream, didn't realize it, untill I heard myself repeating this mantra.

Mantras can serve as above mentioned reminders.

But to gain awareness in a dream, you need RCs and daytime awareness.

Short but very effective RC, mantra and awareness question combo http://www.dreamviews.com/dild/13212...ods-dilds.html Happy dreams

When I thought about my mantra I came to almost the same: This is just a dream.
SO yeah I guess this mantra comes naturally to your mind.

I think that RCs can be mantras, like "Dream or reality, love is all," or something that provokes us to either acknowledge the difference between these realities, or to question our experience.

We need something that allows our executive consciousness, that transcends both realities, to become aware of its non-embodiment.
