I dont know, but i have never gotten as far as getting this close to sleep paralysis |

So I was dreaming and then I woke up, I wasn't moving or opening my eyes I just layed there and tried to remember my dream. I felt my hands and body getting heavy and my fingers were tingly. My chest started getting heavy and I thought "great, I'm entering sleep paralysis!" I was excited. My eyes were closed the whole time trying to see the dream. But my dad woke me up and I could move just a little bit for a second and I had control. My eyesight was blurry and it went back to normal |

So if he hadn't woken me up, and I just kept laying there I would've entered the lucid dream? |

man the same thing happened last night only i didn't even get close. my DEILD timer went off and i realized that i remembered not to move so i was quite happy and decided to try DEILD (i forgot to remember my dream though) but my mom was up and she had the radio on in her room and her door was open. i was so distracted by this i felt i couldn't DEILD so i just decided to go to sleep normally. maybe tonight i will try again and hopefully it will be quieter. |

DEILDs are cool, I've had about two chains of four each. It was kind of by accident though, as I wasn't actively trying to DEILD. |
