Meditation + Creative Visualization + Lucid Dreaming = Achieve anything you want
I just do my best to remain calm and dreamy while writing down a few words in the dark to look at in the morning. If you want to do DEILD then really you won't be jotting down your dreams at night but it's okay because during the later REM cycles you'll probably remember anyways with good recall, plus a lucid dream is worth missing a DJ entry. IDK about FILD but it's okay to move if you're going to be attempting WILD. You sort of just have to stay tired. |
