      Question FILD Sleep Paralysis?

      So lately I've been trying to do FILD but i wuss out because I think there is sleep paralysis. Is that true? Like I get scared so I just stop. So idk

      True sleep paralysis is rare unless you have a disorder so I would not worry a thing about it. Check out this for your reading pleasure:

      It happened to me only once before in my decades on this earth and had nothing to do with lucid dreaming.

      Well I've never had Sleep Paralysis even if I stayed up all night, I don't think it'll happen to me, thanks fogel! I'll try tonight
