I do stablization thechniques but I usually get the the point that I dont have enough time to breath or feel things, the dream immidetaly crashes...
If you feel that you dont have enough time, then so it will be. It sounds like you have been to fixated with time. So when you dream and wake up after a few secounds, you "know" that you dont have enough time. And your mind will keep playing this game on you, that you must be fast before the time runs out. So you get caught in a mind game about time, and you trying to fight it. Please do this instead. Keep working on your awareness, and tell your self this. I dont care if I wake up instantly after becomming aware in my dreams, or if I stay in it for a long time. Just count every time you get aware in a dream, as a victory in it self. And then you will soon be able to get out of that frustrating time game that your mind are playing.
