That is a question of definition, really. I have never thought to perform an RC during OBE, actually--stepping out of my body was enough to suggest to me that I was dreaming. Some LDers think of OBE's as a separate experience (such as Charlie Morley, in his book Minduflness of Dream and Sleep), while others (notably Stephen LaBerge) think of OBE as simply a lucid dream, or maybe even a special kind of lucid dream. I think it is a question of experience and deciding for yourself, in the long run. Good luck!
