      Really Weird SP Experience

I got really mad at my computer and got really bored so I thought i'd try to WILD. I set brainhack 2.0 to lucid dreams mode for 3o minutes and put in earphones with it playing.

I sat in my bed for awhile. I was counting most of the time, 1234 2234 3234 4234 etc as that comes natural to me being a musician. Anyways after awhile the sound morphed for about a second, I cant remember if it was high pitched or low pitched, then it went back to normal and faded away in like 3 seconds. I thought that this meant that I was entering SP as everything outside got really quiet too. And sure enough, the vibrations came.

Once they died down, I tried to separate with no success. I felt like I was laying on a trampoline too, and it really felt like I was in a dream. So I got up and looked at my clock a few times and it stayed the same, checked my iPod and Brainhack was stopped and the time was still the same. I got up and walked around the house performing reality checks with no success. It still felt like I was in a dream some how because it was so quiet. And I was shivering too, and still am.

This is only my second time in SP, the first one was before bed without Brainhack. I thought I'd try it with Brainhack this time and I think it might have helped, as all of my afternoon attempts before this failed.

I don't really know where i am going with this, I just felt like this was weird enough to share. It didnt seem like I lay in bed for 30 minutes. Was brainhack's stop a coincidence to the time SP started? Or did SP make the noise stop and it just quit while I was in SP?

It might be possibly the onset if your dream focus. You might have been shifting focus from real into dream focus. Thus these sensations.

One more thing. It is not always the easiest thing to do, to separate yourself from your real body. At first, You really dont know, which body you are moving as they are aligned and sharing the same relative positions. One of the nicer exits worth trying would be to inject yourself into a fantasy which might pop up, so you teleport your dream body away from your real body.

The second approach would be to construct your dream body elsewhere using your memory.

In both cases teleporting yourself away from your body is essential, because that way you dint have to deal with the dream body paralysis which you worked so hard to induce.

      Good luck, have fun

      Thanks for the reply adraw.

Well I tried again just now. I don't think I got into SP though because although I thought I was, I never felt the weight fall on me and the vibrations were there but not strong. I was trying to seperate in any way I could, but when I tried to roll out of my body I think I was moving my real body. I also tried teleportation but that didnt work. Again I doubt I was in SP anyways. I'll try again tomorrow.
