I just woke up and realized I had my first lucid dream (don't know if you can call it a lucid dream) but this is how it went: I woke up like any other normal day, looked at my clock, 14:35. I thought by myself: ''This is way too early, better get some more sleep'' I was feeling very light and awake. I plugged my nose and could breath a little bit. But again, this didn't make me think ''wow i'm dreaming'', it was just like I can always breath with my nose plugged...
I went back to sleep and after a normal dream I woke up at 09:25. The problem is that it was a false awakening, I was able to control myself, but I wasn't aware...
