      Anyone with daytime ld experience?

It is summer now and I have plenty of time to take naps during the day, and this is good since i wont be tempted to sleep through it or just not wake up... but whenever i consider trying to ld during the day my mind draws a blank. What technique works best during the daytime, and how do you quickly go into a sleepy state... do you even need to be asleep?

Daytime naps are very good for LD, there is a bigger chance to become lucid. I usually do MILD, maybe WILD will work too, if you have time.

can you even do a wild from a waking state? i though you needed to be just woken up for that.

I've had 2 LD's during afternoon naps. The 1st was back in May, and the 2nd this afternoon. In both instances, I had a hard time seeing things - my field of vision was limited, and also kinda blurry. I was able to feel surfaces - in one I was on the roof of a bldg., and could feel bricks & mortar.
I quickly fell asleep both times and entered the "dream state" where I realized I was starting to dream, but was also aware of my sleeping body, if that makes sense.
My night time LD's that I've had ( about 10 ) are usually clearer and more like waking life. Usually at night, I'm in the middle of a regular dream and I realize I'm dreaming, while during naps I'm aware of the falling asleep/entering a dream process.

WILD's can be done after about 6h sleep or when you take a nap in afternoon.
