      Day 9

Sucess!!! It wasn't much, but it was something. I did 2 attempts. 1 befor bed, and the other after 5 hours of sleep. The one befor bed was the one that gave me a LD. I only remember being lucid for a few seconds, and the memory was in fragments. So I need to work on recall.

I couldn't sleep well last night, which has been a recurring problem for me. It's my fault, as I've been consuming too much caffeine lately. I'm going to work on cutting back as it's affecting my dream life too much. I hope to report another lucid soon!

Can anyone still join in on this?
I've been a practicing lucid dreamer for years, and for a while it seemed I was getting very gradually better at it. But for the past several months I haven't even been remembering my dreams very well.
I think an actual plan and dedicated practice would help me get back into it.

      Day 11

      Nothing, just some dreams
      LD:2

      Day 12

sucessfull dream sign recognition. I had a normal dream that escalated into a nightmare, which I then turned into a lucid dream.only lasted a minuite, but that's the most so far. Also I got past the freaking out part, when I realize I'm in a dream. Now I just do realy dumb stuff before becoming stable.

      Thanks.
I was going to wait and post a few days results in one post, but I'm quite happy with last nights attempts.

      Day 1
      Goal1: Become lucid (success)
Goal 2: Go to space (almost)
      Goal 3: Find/see a planet (nope)

I wake up a lot, so I attempted SSILD several times through the night and early morning. Most of the time it was difficult to focus on completing even a single cycle.
I had a couple of auditory hallucinations while going back to sleep and remembered a couple of dream fragments.
Then, on one of the later attempts, I entered a conscious dream and remembered my goal. I started to fly into space, but didn't quite make it before waking up.
It was a very short lucid dream. Nothing phenomenal, but better than the nothing I've been having for the past several months.

Another sucess. I realized that where I was looked like a place In a videogame, so I did a hand RC and stabilized the dream. The only problem was that I became Lucid at the end of the dream. It only lasted about 2 minuites, but it's the longest I have had. Also it's the first time I had 2 LDs in a row.

      Day 10

I've been writing up my dreams, doing reality checks, but still not getting lucid. I've started working on prospective memory today, so that my mild attempt will work better. I need to train my ability to set intentions.

      Day 11

After one day of practicing prospective memory(Intent), I've gotten myself my third lucid of this challenge! It was incredibly vivid too, but I didn't accomplish my goal. It lasted about 15 minutes I'm going to continue prospective memory training, as it makes the most sense when using MILD. Regular reality checks didn't seem to work.

      Day 2 (Nov. 10)
I kept falling asleep during my SSILD attempts. No lucids, but remembered a good chunk of dream.

      Day 3 (Nov. 11)
Again, kept falling asleep too soon. Remembered some dream fragments, but not much.

      Day 4 (today)
Had some bad dreams and startled awake once or twice.
Had a pretty long dream in which I was at least partially lucid. I did not remember my goal, but it was a nice dream.

My dream recall seams to be improving.

Last night I got lucid, but I'm not going to count it because it was like 1 seconds before I woke up.
Still doing some RC's each day, could do more.

No LD. I had a nightmare though, where I woke up from closing my eyes and holding my breath. I wasn't concious when I did it.

Not so good. I either forget to attempt the technique or I lose focus and/or fall asleep. I need to change my approach somehow.
I did remember some dream fragments, though.

I've been practicing my intent very heavily and it's actually been kind of fun challenging myself to reality check whenever I encounter my target throughout the day. One thing though, I've been slacking on my dream journal again. I find the hardest thing for me when it comes to the art of LD, is to keep an active dream journal going. I haven't given up and if I can help it, I never will again.

Tonight I shall reapply myself... I must have discipline!

      Last night:
I had a lucid last night at the very first rem period, and I slept for way too long. I can't remember anything about it, besides the going the lucid part.
