      Hi and welcome to DreamViews!

Easy: newbies should read and follow LaBerge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (ETWOLD) and follow the exercises in his "A Course In Lucid Dreaming" (ACILD). ACILD can be found online by google search.

      Quick summary:
      1) build dream recall. You need to reliably remember at least 1 dream a night for a week to 10 days before starting in on the LD night practices.
      2) focus on the MILD/DILD as opposed to the WILD approaches to begin with
      3) start a workbook in the DreamViews Academy Intro class, it's a great way to keep track of your progress and ask questions and get feedback.

      Have fun!

And please keep in mind, lucid dreaming is not something you can do in a week or so. It takes quite a lot of practice and dedication
