      Waking Life Journal?

Is it worth writing down all my days events at the end of the day?
I do think it increased my recall but I wanna hear from others.

I think it is helpful, but you have to decide what you want to do with your time. If it costs you a half hour of sleep, then I argue against it (or at least waiting until the end of the day). In my experience, it helps clear out day residue; I usually end up dreaming about something I didn't write down.

It will definitely improve your ability to recall dreams - the only problem is that it could take a very long time to write down the events from a whole day.

Personally I often try to go through the entire day in my head, and see how much I can remember.
This is essentially what you are doing when you try to recall a dream, so that alone is a good exercise.

OOooooh, OK, I'll make sure NOT to write down any of the, well, you know...

Seriously though, I think it's a good idea if as ThreeCat says you have the time. It strengthens access to memory which is one of the primary lucid dreaming fundamentals...

This is a great idea and a nice alternative to writing them down. The main thing is to actually access the memories, I agree.

It might also a great idea to go through your memories during the day. That way you can remember more details (like conversations or thoughts you had).

It's interesting to think of how memories of your waking life can appear almost as vague as dreams if you don't pay attention to them.
Most of us are familiar with the fact that your dream memories fade extremely quickly upon awakening, and it's actually pretty similar with waking life memories as well.
If you spend some time, perhaps one hour, at a particular place in waking life without caring too much about the events, then how much can you actually remember about that moment?
Probably not much at all, at least not relative to how much it was possible to remember about it.
This is also a skill that could be worth practicing - spend some time at some random place, then try to recall as many things as possible about it immediately afterwards.
