      Day 2

I went to bed late straight after watching a movie so I didn't bother with cycles. I just felt really tired and needed to catch up on lost sleep.

I got lucid this morning after one attempt at this method, and the relaxed/lazy manner of doing SSILD is really what makes this work (from my experience at least). What I tried was using mostly affirmation/mantra and some very light visualization, since focusing on a visualization will keep me from sleeping. A few minutes after I became lucid, the dream was sort of cut off by a FA, which I believed was an actual awakening. There were huge signs that it was still a dream, yet somehow they I didn't question anything at all right after becoming lucid without anything, instead just suddenly knowing "I'm dreaming."

Sorry that this probably doesn't help much, I just thought I'd join.
