The discomfort may come after a while, especially after spending so long on the threshold. I would suggest fully relaxing your body (via stretching or whatever) before making a longer attempt. If it's really bad, best to just adjust gently and keep going. And make sure you are doing this on a WBTB. As for the vibrations, generally means you are close to a transition. Someone else can probably provide better advice on how to transition from that state. |
