Help during WILD

Ok today while trying to perform a WILD i layed on my back for about an hour or so then I felt the SP come in. Now heres where it went downhill this has happened on more than one occasion I get through the SP I hear ringing,and the pressure on my body, and then darkness. Nothing happens after that I try to envision opening my dream eyes or rolling out of bed, but I get nothing. Usually I keep my mind calm especially when the SP comes on I just gear through it not engaging it at all. At the very least I just end up falling asleep. Any tips on this What I hear: Ringing pressure vibrations What I see: A white light then nothing.

A) try doing this in the middle of the night after 5-7 hours sleep. It is 10X more likely to work. We call this WBTB (wake back to bed) B) you must fall asleep. You want to stay aware AND fall asleep. This is a totally new thing you will have to figure out, it is not just the process of laying still.
