A cool watch for reality test

By browsing the web, I found this one pretty cool, and ideal for performing RC in my sense, I just wanted to share :

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWbOoKIDLRU

There is a timer with a silent alarm (vibration), maybe a way to do a dild ? If our body can receive vibration from the wrist into the dream ? Or maybe while performing a RC each time the watch give a vibration, we will perform a RC while dreaming when the watch give vibration during a REM stage ?

In your opinion is it gadget ? Or usefull ?

Seems pretty cool, might work for some people. Personally I'd stay away, too much dependence on technology for LDing.

A few of us have been experimenting with vibration as a potential LD trigger: this thread describes some set-ups and results.

The most important quality in a gadget for this purpose is customizability -- you want as much control as possible over the strength and duration of the vibrations. It's actually really hard to find the "sweet spot" where you won't just sleep through it and not notice anything, but won't be fully woken up either.

I am also experimenting on a vibrating tool Here : http://www.dreamviews.com/lucid-aids...iscussion.html

Verre is right, customizability is very important.
I also had got several vibrating clocks, but without any auto snooze, the too long vibrations where ruining my chances to DEILD or whatever.
