I've been trying to come up with the idea of how to perform ADA and DILD while studying, for example, while learning foreign languages, or while reading technical literature. I have found many threads about attaining lucidity while playing video games, but couldn't find any about attaining lucidity while reading or studying.

Should I only try to perform ADA while reading/studying or there are other recommendations to gain lucidity?
