Thread: conclusion of a reality check

Hi all (again) :-)

When i have performed a quality reality check what should i say to myself. For example, should i say (in my head) 'nope, im not dreaming' or ' this is waking life' or should i just say nothing. I heard that we should never say that we are not dreaming after a reality check. So should we do our check and then continue or is there a good way to get 'closure' after a reality check?

What I do is still tell my self that I could be dreaming and then look around to make sure everything is normal, but I never say that I'm definitely not in a dream.

Do your RC and say to yourself that you ARE dreaming "Im dreaming". Spend a minute or so trying to convince your self that your are dreaming and pick out a few things ( at least 2) to scrutinize. I say to myself "wait a minute something dosent look right"
