How to lucid dream very easy..

Okay its very simple and even my first LD's happened like that.

      1. at night just go sleep normal sleep u know 6-8-10 hours however u like.
      2. when you wake up go to work or do something for 2-3 hours
      3. when you are done just go back home and sit for a bit on your pc or in the kitchen maybe eat something watch tv etc
      4. now go and take a nap, with the intentions that you wanna Lucid Dream.

why its easy? because taking naps after a long sleep period and a break that you did when you were at work or anywhere it keept you active and u got abit tired when you came back home, so you wanted to relax/ eat watch tv for like a hour or half and you just go and take a nap with the intentions to lucid.

u just lay in bed, in any comfy position you like (on your back its best) and just sleep and be like ok now im ready to have some luciid dreams and u will suddenly
fall asleep and maybe not fully sleep but u might wake up back u know when you are about to sleep and u realise it and u wake up? dont move when u wake up so your body is still fully relaxed then just close ur eyes and keep thinking about your next dream or something, and suddenly you should wake up in your dream somewhere in your room or whereever your mind imagined and boom you are consciouss and ready for it, itsn ot easy to stabilize it but try to do things in dream like push ups, jumps, even flips, play with ur hands random objects etc, untill your image gets clear and there u go.

      peace xD

This does work, I agree. I'm fact I'm relatively unlikely to have a lucid dream during "regular" sleep, but if I take a nap then it's guaranteed.

There is one thing, though: you don't necessarily have to stay up that much, or even that little. People are relatively likely to have a LD when they nap (so long as they are either predisposed to lucid dreaming or they've been working towards it), regardless of whether or not it's in the afternoon or in the morning. Personally just staying up passed an hour is risky business with me, so I pretty much wake up from regular sleep, write down my dreams, and then hope that I can go back to sleep to take a nap. xD
      until the very end

How much do you usually nap in order to have a dream ? Personally, it takes me no less than an hour
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

how much u nap? i dont know what u mean, u just take your nap when you are mostly tired and u will possibly have a lcid dream if u fall asleep quick with the intentions u know.

Yes i agree but for beginners, trust me to wake up and rwite ur dream and just head back to sleep wont be that much useful cus they are not used to it, but when u wake up and do something and ur kind of ''tired'' and u feel like u wanna go sleep i.e rest, whatever u do you will sleep so fast and u will remember that u wanted to take a nap for LD.
      but ofc it depends always

i was asking how much time your nap takes for you to have a dream? Can you have a dream if you nap for 30 minutes, for instance?

Yeah like i said, depends how much you ''desire'' to sleep brother, if you are that tired and lay in bed and sleep u will fall assleep quick and if you are conscious that you are dreaming at the moment you realise your body fall asleep, u will enter a dream or even wake up in your own room with falsa awakening and continue dreaming there,so reality checks are important on that point.

for me it took 15 min if i was tired and just head off in bed, if i just went to bed then yea 30 mins, but if u are not that sleepy its kind of bad cus u wont sleep easy and u will be struggling with your intentions cus u will be forgetting that u want to lucid dream slowly

I wouldn't really say it has everything to do with desire--not sleeping, anyway. If sleeping had much to do with desire, then I don't think insomnia would exist.

I forgot what they're called (and there is a chance I'm speaking crazy here), but there are chemicals in your brain that make it harder for you to sleep during the daylight hours. These chemicals aren't always as strong in one person as they are in another, but for me they're insane. If I'm trying to take an afternoon nap, then there is no "laying down for thirty minutes, or an hour, or two"; I can lay there for as long as I want, but I'm not going to have a nap, period--unless I'm sick, and even then I'm lucky. Seriously. My current track record is two hours and a half with no results (and that was with only three hours of sleep the night before, so I was definitely tired haha).

And that's why, for me, it's best to take a nap pretty soon after I wake up (so long as I wake up early enough). Just for example, as I write all this, it's five thirty-nine in the morning, and the sun hasn't come out yet. I woke up about forty minutes ago, and in another half hour or so, almost just as the sun is rising (but while it still isn't quite there yet), I'll go back and take a nap. For me, that's my only option. VagalTone--I suggest you follow suit. If you're having that much trouble napping, then maybe pick a time where you can convince yourself you're still supposed to be sleeping, you know what I mean?
