REM rebound doesn't matter when you sleep (time of day / night) but how much sleep you missed by not sleeping enough to get long REM cycles in the last cycles of sleep. In a different timezone others are sleeping normally at a normal time and the same time as you after all. As to WILD what would matter is being close to REM, so do Wake Back To Bed when you are near to REM and a longer cycle. In order to take advantage of either you need to be well rested so aim at that Saturday, I am a bit sleep deprived and stressed during the week, and on Saturday I sleep in and am stress free. Last Saturday 2 Lucid dreams quite late 8+am and 10+am, the Previous Saturday 4 lucid dreams from very early 2:30am to the other 3 right in the prime dream time (the cycles just after my normal wake time, for me 5:00am, lucid at 5:40ish 6:30ish and 7:55ish) |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
