Probably not what you want to hear, I'm not in LD territory yet, but I'll ask anyway. |

I have been practising ADA (all day awareness) for about 2 months now...i tend to forget to do it in my spare time but always remember to do it when at work and when walking the dogs.Im wondering for all you masters or people that are quiet experienced at ADA....how long was it till u saw an increase in your LD count....im still on 1 LD a week and have been since i started....i tend to mainly rely on DILDs as they are where most my LDs occur. When it comes to ADA i would say i do an hour a day sometimes 2 depending on the day...i wish i could do it to the point where its not something i havrto think about but rather something that comes natural...maybe thats my answer? Eneways im looking forward to replys =) |

One way I practice awareness during my free time is listening really closely to music and just focusing on it without thinking about anything. I agree that walking the dog is a great time to practice awareness. Nature is full of sounds and sights to look closely at and wonder if a dream could be that vivid. I'm getting glasses soon since I'm slightly nearsighted, so maybe my increased clarity in waking life will increase the clarity in my dreams. |
