Thread: How long till frequent LDs

Hi , I was wondering when I would start having LDs ,lets say, once a twice a week. I know everyone differs than the other but I want to get a sense of it. I have has 4 LDs in these past 3 weeks (my first 4 LDs ) and I have trained till now 3 months exactly, with the first month being WILD technique which I abandoned because it didn't work for me. I would appreciate at least your personal time. sry if i'm being nagy, but you know how important LDing is

Much as you already said, it varies from person to person.

Practice is the best way to go at it. You get better with time. It may take a day, a week, a month, or a year, but you will get there.
