      Red face Mindfulness

      Well, meditating can help I guess...All I can say is DON'T believe that you cannot achieve something in a dream. I know it's easier said then done but any negative thought about something like that will not get you anywhere in a LD. Mindfulness is always helpful.

      It's really hard for me to explain how to do that honestly...

      In regards to flying and the like, at least from my experiences, it takes time to get better at it. Like learning how to ride a bike. But the thought about "not being able to do it" will slow down the process. I also struggle in getting into LDs that I want and at times I cringe with the idea that it cannot be done. But I try to push that all aside and work to get what I want.
