Post Praticing SSILD for 21 days.

After trying MILD for 21 days(which I got a "little" success), I will try SSILD technique.
This is my new resolution for the next 21 days coming.
I want to find the best technique/method that work best for me.

      Here are the steps:

      1.Wake-up at 4 o'clock in the morning.

      2.Do the SSILD technique/method.

I will post a everyday review of the 21 days of SSILD.
      The journey will start tomorrow.

That's interesting you didn't have any success with MILD. Where you hitting all the targets during the day? I just started using it 3 days ago and I've had 3 LDs.

I was not hitting any targets during the day, I was just doing random RCs.

That's awesome! I wish you luck!
I love SSILD and I hope that it really helps you. Just a minor warning...I did SSILD every night for 14 days during a study and it was a bit brutal! I really started to hate having to get up in the middle of the night, but it really did seem to help me have lucid dreams more often. I prefer MILD personally, because of the lack of effort required since I'm lazy, but SSILD is definitely super powerful!

maybe you are doing it already but i would write down as much infos as you can in the morning like. how awake was i after the wbtb, how did i feel (excited or groggy or nervous...), how long did it take to fall asleep, how concentrated was i with the cycles, did i finish them?, did i fall asleep while doing them or did i finish and decided to fall asleep and so on you get what i mean. how good was my recall? vivid present dreams? (dont only focus on your lucids)
with this you reflect the experience more and should learn faster what the important factors are you need to tune that result in a lucid dream.

      Day 2:

I didn't write anything during some days, the reason is because I couldn't remember a single dream even if I try hard(I hate that period ). So I couldn't know if I was progressing and etc... But yesterday I've got out of that period, now we can get back to work.

      Yesterday:
I went to sleep doing the SSILD method. I woke up at 2:30 in the morning, I do the SSILD. I woke up at 4:00 and do SSILD, but I have difficulties to stay concentrate on my cycle, I was drifting a lot, but I have made a dream which I miss a big occasion to become lucid:
      I don't remember the beginning.

      Here's the dream:
I'm walking in the middle of the highway and behind me there is a guy on his phone(I think he was trying to help me). While I'm walking, I'm repeating to myself that "I'm dreaming" without knowing that I'm really dreaming(I think it's the second effect of the 21 days MILD). I said to myself that if this was a dream, I will not walking but I will disappear. The dream continue...........

I woke up at 4:30, mad that I didn't realize it was dream, but it was kind of funny tho.
I went back to sleep and remember another dream.
      + a false awaking
      LD count: 0
Today I'm not going to do SSILD because I have a test tomorrow and wont probability sleep tonight. So the journey continue tomorrow.

      Day 3:

I didn’t do SSILD before bed, I went directly to sleep. I woke up at 4:00 and thought that it was 2:00(I didn’t hear my alarm at 2:00).
I went back to bed at 4:30 and start the SSILD cycle, just as I started the cycle, I fell asleep. Then I have made a Lucid-Dream (I've found my ex. LD - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views), and woke up at 5:30.

About ten days ago you replied to RelaxAndDream that you were going to try to write down some more details. Maybe you're doing that offline, or... are you so disappointed when you don't have success that you just can't be bothered?

      Following your experiment with curiosity!

I think I will stop, I'm not getting anymore result with this method. I will stick with the MILD and other methods.

What a shame (for me, because there will be no more messages in this thread).

      Good luck with your MILDs!
