      Post Praticing MILD for 21 days.

      This is my resolution for 21 days(3 weeks); I will practice MILD for 21 days.

      Here are the steps:

      1.Wake-up at 4 o'clock in the morning.

      2.Focus my intent.
      Repeat like a mantra: "I'm dreaming".

      3.See myself becoming lucid.
      While repeating like a mantra, I see myself becoming lucid.

      I will try to pose a review of the 21 days everyday if I can.
      Of cause if you want to join, you're free.

      Hey there,

      An excellent goal!

      For me, intent setting is a very powerful lucid dream inducer, but doing it only once a day isn't enough. I have to slow down and recall my intent at least several times a day, at different points, for it to really work.

      The 3 targets ??
      Do you mean step 1,2,3. Yes I'm doing every days.
      Or are you meaning: see something(target) during day life and make a RC. I'm not doing that, but I'm making a lot of reality checks everytime when I see something weird.

      Note:
      I was not able to do the step because I was revising for a test and fell asleep. Can't even remember a dream, just some flash.

      Day 18:
      -do step 2 before bed.
      -do step 1,2.
      -6 oclock step 2.
      LD=3+1(semi-lucid)
      Note:
      I didn't post any thing since week2 because it's kind of boring to read, it's always the same thing, I will only post when there is new thing.
      I have made a semi-lucid dream but I will not count as a lucid dream:

      I'm on a motorbike chasing by an alien(skinny metal body) in New-York. Everytime I accelerate, he catches me. So I decide to ride vertically on a building. I'm now on the top of the building. The alien is still here. So I accelerate and jump off the building, as I know I'm dreaming, I decide to break in another building, the room is very dark, I say to myself;"look how detail the room is". I hide behind something and wait for the alien, when he comes, I turn on my motor and go directly to him and cut his head and jump from the building and land on the road. ........................

      The semi lucid dream was very long. I was awake the whole dream but I was following the dream story. My lucidity was very low.

      Day 20:
      -Step 2 before sleep.
      -Step 1,2,3.
      LD=3+1(semi-lucid)
      Note:
      -I've made a dream in which I was lucid in one of my dream, here the dream:

      ".............I'm sitting at the table with my dream journal open, there are spider web on it. I remember in one of my dream that I have become lucid, so before I write down, I wake up".

      I miss an opportunity.
