I would say that there is no "right" way to meditate as there is no right induction to lucid dream. There are plenty of ways to lucid dream as there are to meditate, it's about finding the one(s) that work for you. |

Alot of people favour meditation to help alot in inducing lucidity...im assuming due to the fact that you gain awareness maybe...but theres 2 questions id love to have an answer for as iv been doing 2 meditations a day for 10 minuits each for the past week. |

Id say iv only been doing it for like 4 days now so its still too early for results i think and yeah iv always been the type to do my research as whats the point of learning something if you dont know how its related....soynds hypacritical but i also do meditation as its peaceful and helps in alot of different ways =) |

As I said just before on another thread. Meditation itself is a great tool to help you improve your life in general. It does affect LD a bit since it helps you focus and control your mind but it's not a miraculous LD technique. Other techniques like RC or visualizations are much more effective. |
