      FILD help?

I've FILDed before, but it was kinda lucky. Today I was having a non-lucid then I woke up, waited couple seconds (I was paying attention on my body's vibration as I drift away). The more I felt my body drifting away, the more my heart rate was increasing.

Probably I couldnt fall asleep becouse I got too alert (because of my heart frequency). How not to pay attention on your body falling asleep? Do you have any tips for me?

I had the dame problem as you....i felt like i was about to die or have a heart attack....what changed for me was that i still focus on my body but if you research why your heart rate increases and know that its normal then you can go with it rather than avoiding it.For my my heart rate increased because my breathing was getting slower so it felt like i was suffoctaing but these are all normal signs....if you expect these things then they aree not scary =)

I also encounter this problem most of the time when I'm trying to DEILD. I think the trick is to just experience it more often. Eventually you'll get used to the sensations etc.
