I've been trying DEILD for a few weeks, and i've been using mantra, sometimes |

I suppose it depends on how kuch you have slept.....usually if iv been asleep about 2 or 3 hours then id have a better chance rather than having too much sleep. |
|
Usually when i tried DEILD, i would sleep at midnight and wake up at 3am, but i always |

DEILD is my primary technique, and I've found that the primetime for REM is around 5-6 hours sleep. For example, if I went to bed at 10:00, I would likely wake up around 3:00 to 3:30. |
|
I have an elaborate setup for DEILDs. I have my apple iwatch vibrate for 5 seconds before it automatically stops on its own. It then vibrates each 15 mins. I start it about 4 hours into sleep. If im in deep sleep then it tends not to wake me. If im in rem then it wakes me and i am able to keep still. i then perform 'indirect techniques' until I can seperate out into an 'obe' |
