How can we incubate a dream?

I've had an idea for a little while that if we could incubate a dream during the day, and maybe getting lucid in that dream, then it would increases the chances of getting lucid by a lot. I think it would be something like MILD day work where you would visualize the dream, and then repeat a mantra, but is there anything else that I'm missing that would give a better chance of incubating the dream?

Hey alex! I actually think that incubation is very similar to all work that we do to get lucid, we are just incubating awareness. I am coming up with theories and things for it right now, but I actually have a place where I posted how I incubate and the limits and rules that I use.
