      Random wakin up?

      Hi guys!
      Which technique should I use if I randomly wake up during the night(after dream or not)...
      MILD, WBTB or WILD?

      If you wake up after only being asleep for 2 or 3 hours I would suggest going with DILD methods.

      If you randomly wake up after 4, 5, 6, or 7 hours of sleep, I would suggest doing a WILD method.

      It is not VERY usual when I wake up randomly, but this could help
