Lucid dreaming when you have to get up early for work

How do you guys lucid dream when you have to wake up early (6 ish)?

Most of my lucid dreams are later in the morning between 7 and 8 (and later). If I have to wake up early, it's much harder to have a lucid dream. Any tips?

Try going to bed earlier, say 9:00PM. I also have to wake up at 6:00AM 4 times a week and this works best for me.

I agree with Dolphin. I have to to get up just after 6 five days a week. I simply aim to be in bed right around 9. I hope this works for you!
I'd also recommend looking into F.lux for your comp and avoiding TV screen etc before bed (so as not to interfere with melatonin production)
