I went to sleep at 23:something and woke up at 2:30.
I stay awake until 4:00 and went back to sleep trying Mild.

I stay awake until 4:00 and went back to sleep trying Mild.

I went to sleep at 23:00 and woke up at 3:00.
I stay awake until 4:00 and went back to sleep trying Mild.

Day 15:

I went to sleep at 23:00 and woke up at 3:00.
I stay awake until 4:00 and went back to sleep trying Mild
and got a Lucid-Dream:
Basketball.

I went watching some videos and went back to sleep at 5:00
trying my MILD method and got a lucid dream:

5:27(that kind f**k up my lucid dream)

@Rockefeller Do you use any kind of autosuggestion or something to naturally wake up in the night? Or are you just a light sleeper..

Day 18:

I don't use any autosuggestion to wake up, it's because of a stupid person(who live in the same square as me) who come and go at any time at night(which is an advantage for me for lucid dream but it's also annoying), but in January I will move.

Conclusion of the month of November:

Back in January I have made 4 lucid dreams, this was a record for me. This month(November) I achieved a new record 8 Lucid Dreams in a month.

Day 21:

Conculsion of the 21 days of MILD:

I've made 10 Lucid Dreams for the 21 days trying the MIlD method.

Wow, that's almost a 50% success rate. Great job and congrats!
