Pretty much what the title says. Would falling asleep with SSILD increase the success rate of a WBTB compared to falling asleep with MILD, basic WILD, etc? |

i think you cant say it like this. SSILD same like MILD or WILD are induction techniques. which one works best with you depends on you. some try SSILD and have a lucid in the next 2 or 3 nights. some use SSILD as their standard technique and have success over a long time and i also know people that just seem to dont understand properly and only get vivid dreams out of it. but the same with MILD and WILD etc. what ever works for you |

I've found for myself that it is the WBTB that increases the effectiveness of techniques, no matter which one. It alters your brain chemistry and helps you naturally be more aware. The technique then will provide you with means to properly focus that awareness on recognizing the dreamstate. |
