In order to know you're dreaming, you have to learn you're dreaming. To learn you're dreaming, you have to learn what a dream is like. Think of this time where you're imagining the dream as a time to learn what a dream is like. |

Thanks for that Dolphin, that makes a lot of sense. |

I have wondered the same thing about imagining becoming lucid at more than one juncture in a dream that I just woke up from and I have experimented with that. It seems most effective to pick the spot that is the most vivid and then vividly re-imagining that spot in the dream and becoming lucid in it. When I would do it with more than one juncture in the dream, it would seem to dilute my intention - but that may not be the same for everyone. |
