Quite baffled to what happned? regarding questionable SP.

Last night I attempted a WILD. Everything was going well. I got a very strong roll-over urge for quite some time. Eventually I entered a state in which it felt my body was vibrating. Almost like a phone. It seemed that I forgot my body was even their, almost as if I disconnected from it. I'd assume this was just a hypnagogic state. I let it pass by. I had more roll-over signals etc. With more vibrations. This time my breathing was affected. It's almost as if each breath was short . Similar to asthma. I've heard about this, and how it can be SP. So I opened my eyes to see if it was SP. I didn't have any hallucinations. Demons etc.. I knew i mustn't be in SP. So I went back to the vibrations and let them happen. After a while I tried to move my arms with my mind to see if I've entered a lucid dream without realising it. Didn't happen. After that I gave up and went to sleep normally.

My main question is. After reading all that. Was I in SP. And if I was or wasn't. What should I have done?

      Kind Regards

      Eric.

You probably got distracted or got too excited or similar sort of feeling.

Likely somewhere around when you felt like you had asthma like feeling or bit earlier or later. Did you get excited, worried, or lose your focus of the vibrations?

But it doesn't matter really if it's sp. You were close to success though.

What you need to do is try to stay calm, relaxed but focused. Now you might be thinking,

      "but I was totally focused"

But sometimes just a tiny moment of it can bring you out.

For example, last time I failed I das beginning to hear kids playing during vibrations. The kids were probably Ld or ap sounds but just for a moment I got a little annoyed and thought

"I hope that sound doesn't distract me, ugh"

And even though I was 99% there, I failed and the ending was just like what you wrote.

I guess during that period, or when you're in Ld of sorts, everything is just very thought responsive.

Again stay relaxed but focused. Practice makes perfect.

      Hope that helps

Maybe it was when you opened your eyes. Try to keep them closed. You will begin to see things with eyes closed.

Confidence was the word I was missing. Sounds like you got the idea!

      Good luck Eric!
