Smile new method idea? - FAILD (False Awakening Induced Dream)

So basically anytime you wake up you go back to bed. There is no really time limit but its better to do it early then waste you dream.

      1. Lay on your bed, or just stand I guess. Then try to imagine an image in your head. Then you should see a world start before you eyes.

      2. You only have to wait 20 seconds or less. Because for this to be most effective... You already have to be in a dream. (Preferably a false awakening once)

      3. Once the image is better move around.

I did it once with my eyes open! (in dream)

Do it before you go to bed and especially when you wake up. To make sure your not in a false awakening.
You will rarely know if you had a false awakening or not. So do it every time you wake up.

I keep doing this one accident in my false awakenings (trying to become lucid) and it works many many times.
You can get multiple dreams in just one.

You can ask one of the admins to fix your title.

      I'll give this a try!
Although, I have done this before. It's not uncommon to go from a false awakening to a lucid dream. People do it, already.

Are we acquired to do a reality check?

Also, you can't always predict what your night is going to be. Sometimes, false awakenings can be caused by being sick or the meds that you are on. Or a lack of sleep.
Just like Hypnagogic hallucinations but, The two can be very different.

Plus not everyone experiences False Awakenings.

Also, what if people can't imagine it? Is there another way?
How would you do it if someone can't experience it? (IMO)

Well you could do a reality check every time you wake up. But for the method its not necessary. Basically you get a habit of laying down when you wake up. This should be easy if your already doing wbtb. Then just thinking of anything. Usually what helps is trying to think of an object. Like a tree. And build around that. But if you cant imagine things at all maybe you can move something around, Look the other way and see if its there. Then look back to see if it has moved.

Your brain is already in the dream. So your really just changing the world around you.

I'm a beginner so it surprisingly doesn't take a lot of dream control. Cuz you really just hallucinating. You think of an image.

Okay. For my reference, I think I would just add critical thinking because that I tend to do that anyways.
