Very Interesting, concentration on something at night is a lucidity trigger? Has anybody had any LDs from playing chess or videogames or doing artwork before going to bed or during the midsleep break? I recently played some chess during the midsleep break a couple of times but nothing came of it. However, I may give it another try.

I heard from an experienced lucid dreamer that he usually gets up after several hours of sleep and does some work (academic/business/writing), and that it seems to be a major factor. Sounds like a brilliant idea. Go to bed and have a few hours of sleep, then get up and do some creative work, then go back to bed and have a LD.

I like it !!! Let's keep this thread going...
