I think i might have the whole wilding thing skrewed up..right now its 4:50 in monring, i woke up at 4:30 and im gunna be awake untill 5:30 then try and wild. I went to sleep at 10. (Yes thats how desprate i am to go to sleep at 10 on a weeknight to try my third wild) So this is my question...you can WILD but you dont use WBTB? How dose that happen...i thought you could only WILD if / when your body fell asleep it went into REM. --Note i kinda suck at that too...i !CANT! naturally wakeup after dreams and i set my alarm 5.5, 6, and 6.5hrs into sleep EVERYnight and cant ever seem to be woken up from a dream (only happened twcie) And for the past like two weeks my dream recall sucked..the first too weeks i remembered them every morning..pissing me off by the way. Also i want to address the issue of working out it dosnt help lol. I have a bowflex in my room that i workout on everynight before sleep (cept past few night, cuz i broke my fist) no differenace between me then and now. Also for the concentration thing, i am in drafting wich requirs Much concentration (i kno right finally a drafter that works out lol :-D .) And i still have had only had 1random DILD..how do you get LD's just DILD? Or do you wakeup and try MILD? It seems as though MILD is hopless for me sense i cant wake up in REM..so could you please elaborate a little more?
