You forge a HABIT!

Several times a day, perform your reality check. Just ask yourself, 'Am I dreaming?'
Even if you know you are not dreaming, ask anyway.
Over and over throughout the day.

The point is to develop the habit. Chances are, it will still be a habit when you are asleep.


At least, that's how you start out.
It gets eeeasier and eeasier.
