      I jus dun get how to make myself do an RC

      i mean, u are dreaming... not really aware...how the heck do u make yourself do an rc and take control of the dream??

      Even if you know you are not dreaming, ask anyway.
      Over and over throughout the day.

      The point is to develop the habit. Chances are, it will still be a habit when you are asleep.


      At least, that's how you start out.
      It gets eeeasier and eeasier.

      but if i do a sucessful rc, i dun know how to mae myself scream tht i am dreaming, or any other method....
