6 hours is usually the place to start. I just have a hard time doing it. It is a fine line to ballance, being just awake enough to be Lucid, but not so awake that you can't get back to sleep. Usually, I either fall right back to sleep or I start thinking of everything that I need to do that day and stay awake.

I think it would be difficult to time exactly when i'd been asleep for 8 hours. It takes me from 30minutes to an hour to get to sleep each night (sometimes longer), so it would be hard to know what time exactly to set it for.

I know what you mean about thinking about what you need to do and staying awake, that happens to me too. So much to think about, my mind loves to think myself crazy while i want sleep.
