I think it would be difficult to time exactly when i'd been asleep for 8 hours. It takes me from 30minutes to an hour to get to sleep each night (sometimes longer), so it would be hard to know what time exactly to set it for.

I know what you mean about thinking about what you need to do and staying awake, that happens to me too. So much to think about, my mind loves to think myself crazy while i want sleep.
