Attempting WILDs is a fun process but I am still stuck. -So Passive Awareness is the key phrase here. Im reading lots about concentrating on our breathing, the ringing in ears, counting, but does this make us too aware so Paralysis will never come??. I love all the advice I've been reading and searching thru, there are so many techniques to induce the paralysis and induce the lucid dreaming, Im hoping people can provide more tips here.
--Such as, to keep a passive awareness, would it be better to think of some good memories while at the same time keep checking back in on ourselves.. Is focusing on our breathing too much so we will never fall into the sleep.?. Jus hoping for some good tips on making WILD a little easier to come by. Thanks dreamers*
